Cancellation/NO-SHOW Policy
For any services booked with Beauty Works Studio, we ask that you please cancel or reschedule within 24 HOURS of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% LATE CANCELLATION charge of your scheduled service total cost. Any NO-SHOW's will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service total cost. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at 808-372-7137 during our business hours. If we are closed for the day or if we cannot get to our phones, please kindly leave us a message on voicemail, text, or email. You may also cancel or reschedule your appointments online through the links provided on your confirmation and reminder emails. Cancellations or reschedules can also be made by texting us at 808-372-7137 or direct email at beautyworks_byvee@yahoo.com.
