If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! We want you to know that we understand the importance of your 100% satisfaction of your tools when it comes to your craft! Please reach out to us if you would like to replace or refund your item(s).
Returns and Replacements:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Upon receiving your returned item, it will be inspected and you will be notified via email whether your return is accepted or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days. If a replacement is requested, your replacement will be issued within 5-7 business days and you will be notified via email once it has been processed and shipped.
Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
